Over Memorial Day, Katie and I had the opportunity to go up to Portland Oregon for the wedding of my cousin Jameson King to Kamrah. It was a great excuse to get spend a long weekend up in Portland, since we both had never been there before (Alright, I drove through there once, but does that really count?)
They were married in the Portland, Oregon temple. Afterwards, we all drove to Husum, Washington where they had their reception. It was held at a bed and breakfast, that is literally on the top of a mountain, and provides spectacular views of the whole Hood River valley.
On the way back into Portland, we stopped at Multnomah Falls, and spent a little time hiking up to the Falls. This is a picture of us in front of the falls. Overall, we had a great time in Portland, and were glad that we were able to make the trip up their for Jameson and Kamrah's wedding. Hopefully we will be able to get back up to Portland sometime when we have time to spend more time.
