Chilean Independence Day is on September 18th. Justin served his mission in Chile, so we try to celebrate every year. The last couple years we have gone to a Chilean restaurant here in Provo called Pantrucas. We got all dressed up in Chilean colors and went to Pantrucas again this year. I always look forward to Chilean food. Yum!
